Stonegate Stingrays

The Stingrays are looking for enthusiastic coaches for our 2026 season! Whether you have previous coaching experience or this is your first experience with coaching, we welcome your passion for swimming and dedication to mentor our young swimmers.

We are seeking applicants for Head Coach, Age Group Coach, and Junior Coach positions.

• Head Coach: Candidates should ideally be at least one year post high school graduation and have prior coaching and swim experience (preferably within the Rocky Mountain Swim League). The successful candidate will be a strong and positive leader, love working with kids of all ages and our neighborhood families, and willing to help shape the future of our team. 
  HEAD COACH JOB DESCRIPTION

• Age Group Coaches: Candidates should ideally have prior club or school swim experience and junior coaching experience, preferably within the Rocky Mountain Swim League. Successful candidates will be positive role models for our young swimmers, love working with kids, and have an enthusiastic, team-first attitude. 
  AGE GROUP COACH JOB DESCRIPTION

• Jr. Coaches: Candidates should have completed 8^th grade by summer 2026 and have prior experience as a Stingrays swimmer. Successful candidates will be positive role models for our young swimmers, able to work well with our youngest swimmers (3-5 years old), take coaching and direction well, and have an enthusiastic, team-first attitude.
