Stingray Families - 

There is still room to sign up for this week's Stroke Clinics! If you're looking for a little extra help in stroke technique for any stroke, dives, or turns, Stroke Clinics are a great opportunity to hone those skills outside of practice. Swimmers can choose what they work on based on their individual needs. 

We still have spots available today and tomorrow. Sessions run from 4:30-5:30 PM and are $15 per swimmer. Sign up at the links below and pay the Parent Representative upon arrival. Cash or Venmo accepted.
